Don't use Vallow - horrible customer service!! We called and scheduled our appointment for carpet restretching 8 days beforehand. We scheduled all of our other appointments around them including when the realtor was going to come out to take pics of the house as we are getting ready to sell.

Unbelievable quality & cutomer service!! Marjorie painstakingly took the time and energy to help me pick out the right rugs for my home! And we drove them back to our NY home. It worked out perfectly! Her family was all very helpful also. Would highly recommend..
