None Everything Don't use Vallow - horrible customer service!! We called and scheduled our appointment for carpet restretching 8 days beforehand. We scheduled all of our other appointments around them including when the realtor was going to come out to take pics of the house as we are getting ready to sell. The day of the appointment, Vallow called and said that they couldn't come out not only at the time scheduled, but also not on the same day even! They had a "bigger" customer before us that they wouldn't be done with by our appointment time.
We reluctantly agreed to reschedule and moved all of our appointments around to accomodate their mistake in time/employee management. I then called Vallow to ask for a discount/refund on the prepaid job to make things right for us in consideration of the inconveniences we had been put through because of THEIR mistake. Mr. Vallow himself decided that customer satisfaction and retention wasn't worth even a $20 discount and made the (mis)management decision to "refuse" our job. It's apparent they don't give a whit about the little guy or customer service. If they are this bad BEFORE a job, I hate to see them AFTER the job is done.
